Curriculum Focus Group
The American Museum of Tort Law is looking for students ages 9-14 to participate in a focus group on Dr. Claire Nader’s book, You Are Your Own Best Teacher! Dr. Nader’s text has been praised by professionals and students alike for increasing the social and individual awareness of young readers and has been implemented in the curriculum of the Howard Gardner Charter School in Scranton, PA.
Join us for a discussion on civic progress, grassroots activism, and the role of youth in changing society through natural curiosity!
What’s Involved
- Read “You Are Your Own Best Teacher”
- Complete a short survey on the book
- Answer questions about the book via roundtable discussion
