Dr. Bandy X. Lee is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale Medical School and an expert on violence. Dr. Lee and a representative from The Susan B. Anthony Project in Torrington, CT will be at the Museum to discuss mental health and violence against women, and how the civil court system- tort law- can help victims obtain justice even if the criminal law system has failed.
